¶1Heard Sri Ram Govind, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Vibhav Ojha, learned AGA for the State respondents and perused the records.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 09.10.2023, registered as Case Crime No. 0282 of 2023, under Section 366 IPC, Police Station Kadadham, District Kaushambi.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that the Final Report dated 21.10.2023 has already been submitted in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
