Heard Shri Saiyad Iqbal Ahmed, learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State, learned counsel for opposite party no.2 and perused the record. At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant has made a statement at the Bar that he does not want to press this application, as such, it may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh application with better particulars. Learned counsel for opposite party no.2 has submitted that he has no objection to the aforesaid prayer made by learned counsel for the applicant. In view of the above statement, the application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
