1.Sri Upendra Kumar Mishra learned Advocate has filed his Vakalatnama today in the Court on behalf of the first informant and the same is taken on record.

¶2Learned AGA at the outset states that in this matter after investigation the police has submitted the charge-sheet against the petitioner Nos.1, 2 & 3 while petitioner Nos.4, 5 & 6 have been exonerated.
