Court No. - 9 Case :- CONTEMPT APPLICATION (CIVIL) No. - 4281 of 2021 Applicant :- Gulab Chandra Opposite Party :- Sri Sheshmani Pandey, Managing Director U.P. Industrial Cooperative Association Ltd. Counsel for Applicant :- Nikhil Kumar,Prashant Kanha,Shyam Lal Counsel for Opposite Party :- Satyam Singh Hon'ble Rohit Ranjan Agarwal,J. The writ Court on 29.11.2019 in Writ-A No. 19069 of 2019 had passed the following order; "Petitioner is presently working in the U.P. Industrial Cooperative Association Limited. He has approached this Court with the grievance that promotional pay scale in terms of the applicable government order has not been paid to him. A grievance has also been raised with regard to denial of salary for certain period. Representation in that regard appears to have been made to the competent authority, but a decision is not taken, hence this writ petition. Sri Satyam Singh states that the claim of the petitioner would be examined in accordance with law. In that view of the matter, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction upon the respondent no. 2 to examine petitioner's claim with reference to applicable government order, by passing a reasoned order, within a period of three months, from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order before him. It goes without saying that the benefits which are found due and payable to the petitioner would be extended to him without further loss of time." From perusal of the order of writ Court it is clear that claim was to be filed by the applicant which was to be decided by the opposite party. Pursuant to the order of writ Court the opposite party on

07.07.2020 had decided the claim of the applicant, copy of which has been brought on record as annexure No. 4 to the contempt application. Once the order of writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no case for contempt is made out. Dismissed, accordingly. Contempt notice stands discharged. File consign to record.
