¶1Heard Sri Dileep Singh Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State respondents.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing of the impugned first information report dated 26.10.2023 in Case Crime No. 655 of 2023, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 504, 506, 307, 120-B I.P.C., Police Station Dibiyapur, District Auraiya.

¶3After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.

¶4Prayer aforesaid is allowed.
