¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs. Shubhra Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.

¶2By mens of the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for following principal reliefs:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.3 to take legal action against the respondent no.5.

(ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent Nos.2 & 3 to decide the application dated 14.09.2023 pending before them within stipulated time."

¶3After hearing the parties at length, once the Court has indicated its mind in negative, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the present writ petition be dismissed as not pressed.

¶4Order accordingly.
