¶1Heard Shri R.B. Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for the State-respondents.

¶2The writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief - "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the mandamus commanding and directing the respondents authorities for measurement over the land in dispute and restrain to the respondent no.4 not to interfere in peaceful possession over the land in dispute Khasra No.83 situated at village Shukratal Khadar, Pargana Bhokarhedi, Tehsil Jansath, District Muzaffar Nagar."

¶3It is stated that the dispute pertains to the civil dispute between the parties in the instant petition has been filed seeking mandamus commanding the respondent for vacation of the land, which has already been under dispute between the petitioner and the respondent no.4, under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.

¶4The aforementioned facts has been apprised in the shape of instructions so received by learned Standing Counsel, which is taken on record.

¶5The writ petition stands, disposed of.
