Issue a suitable order or direction to the Court Civil Judge Sub Divisional

(City) Azamgarh in case no. 117 of 2021 (Basmati Vs. Barakhu and others) within stipulated period of time." It appears that the petitioners are plaintiffs in Original Suit No. 117 of 2021 filed in the court of Civil Judge (Junior Division), City-Azamgarh seeking a decree of permanent injunction. It is stated that written statement has been filed but issues have not been framed. Perusal of the order sheet reflects that suit was filed on 21.01.2021 and on 07.04.2022 written statement was filed. It further appears that counsel are not appearing in the case as reflected in the orders dated 15.03.2023 and 13.04.2023. Under the facts and circumstances, no direction as sought for is required to be passed. This petition is, accordingly dismissed.
