¶1Heard Sri Munna Prasad Yadav, Advocate holding brief of Sri Ramesh Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State respondents.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for a direction to respondent no. 2 to decide the presentation of the petitioner dated 16.10.2023 in accordance with law within stipulated time.

¶3After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.

¶4Prayer aforesaid is allowed.
