¶1Heard Sri Ravindra Kumar, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for State.

¶2Prayer of petitioner to decide Appeal No. 5526/61/ 1992/93 (Computerized No. 1993540531000008) (Khelu vs. Dhanraj) under Section 11(1) of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 pending before Settlement Officer of Consolidation (Judicial), Gorakhpur is considered and allowed and this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that concerned Authority will take all endeavour to decide the above referred case after hearing rival parties, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from today, if there is no legal impediment.
