¶1Heard Sri Rajiv Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for State.

¶2Prayer of petitioner to decide Case No. 74 of 2022 (Rampyare vs. Ramasrey) under Section 12 of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 pending before Consolidation Officer (Final Record), Phoolpur, District Azamgarh is considered and allowed and this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that concerned Authority will take all endeavour to decide the above referred case after hearing rival parties, expeditiously, if there is no legal impediment.
