¶1The petitioners have preferred the present petition with the following prayers:- "(a) Set aside the impugned order dated 11.10.2023 passed by learned Additional District Judge, Nagina Bijnor in Civil Revision No. 01 of 2023 (State of U.P. Vs. Shakeela and others).

(b) Issue direction directing the learned Addl. Civil Judge (J.D.) Court No. 1 Nagina, Bijnor to decide the civil suit no. 126 of 2015 (Bashuruddin Vs. State of U.P. and others) expeditiously within a stipulated period."

¶2After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners confined his prayer only to the prayer No.b, i.e., to decide the Civil Suit No.126 of 2015 (Bashuruddin Vs. State of U.P. and others) expeditiously.

¶3In this view of the matter, without interfering with the order dated 11.10.2023 passed by the Additional District Judge, Nagina Bijnor in Civil Revision No.01 of 2023 (State of U.P. Vs. Shakeela and others), the present petition is disposed of directing the Court below to decide the aforesaid Suit strictly in accordance with law but without granting unnecessary adjournment unless there is no legal impediment, if there is no legal impediment.
