Sri Vimlesh Kumar Rai, learned counsel appearing for the opposite party states that the order of the writ Court dated 13.07.2022 passed in Writ A No.9905 of 2022 has been complied with and the revision filed by the applicant has been decided by the opposite party on 10.11.2023. As the order of the writ Court was only to the extent to decide the revision of the applicant, which the authorities have done, present contempt application is rendered infructuous and the same stands dismissed.
