¶1Sri Rajesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for petitioner, after arguing for some time, fairly submits that this writ petition may be disposed of with to petitioner to file a recall/ restoration/ review application before Deputy Director of Condonation concerned of the order dated 04.08.2023 with details of outcome of proceedings of Case No. 374 and the order dated

10.03.2011 passed therein, which is reflected in Annexure-2 to the writ petition (CH Form 2A).

¶2Learned Standing Counsel appearing for State-Respondents has no objection to aforesaid prayer.
