¶1The petitioner has preferred the present petition inter-alia with the prayer to set aside the order dated 22.08.2023 passed by the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bulandshahr in Original Suit No. 39 of 2021 (Fakaruddin vs. Nazeer Ahmad and others) by which application filed by the petitioner i.e. Paper No. 44-C was rejected.

¶2After some arguments, a prayer has been made by the counsel for the petitioner that he may be permitted to file a revision before the appropriate forum.

¶3In case the revision is filed along-with the application for condonation of delay, the revisional court will consider the application for condonation of delay.

¶4With the aforesaid observation, the present petition is disposed of finally.
