¶1The present petition has been filed praying for the following relief: "I. a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus and commanding of directing to grant permission for the renovation of the Temple and constructions of the boundary wall of the said temple. (Anenxure No.1 to this writ petition)."

¶2The petition involves disputed questions of fact, therefore, it is not a fit case for examination under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The petitioner has the remedy to institute appropriate proceedings before the concerned civil court.
