The applicant is in jail since

16.05.2022. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this court on 19.12.2022. Status report sent by the learned trial court records that the trial is on foot and also discloses that all efforts are being made by learned trial court to conclude the trial expeditiously within the time frame set out in first bail application. No fresh ground for grant of bail has been made out. At this stage, no case for bail is made out. Without going into the merits of the case, the bail application is dismissed. The trial court is directed to conclude the trial in view of the directions issued in the order dated 19.12.2022 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 44244 of 2022 (Mohd.
