At the outset, learned counsel for the applicants submits that on account of some defect in the application, the applicants do not want to press this application and, therefore, the same may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file fresh application with better particular. Learned Additional Government Advocate has no objection to such prayer. In view of the statement made by Shri Mithlesh Kumar Rai, learned counsel for the applicants at the Bar, the instant application is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty as prayed for.
