¶1Heard Shri Jitenrda Kumar Ojha, learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri Rajesh Kumar, learned State Officer for the State respondent.

¶2This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 05.08.2023 in Case Crime No. 181 of 2023, under Section 306 I.P.C., Police Station-Mau, District-Chitrakoot.

¶3Learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned State Officer submitted that the F.R. No. 48 of 2023 has been forwarded on 29.09.2023 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.

¶4In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.

¶5Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
