¶1Sri Arvind Srivastava, counsel for the petitioners, Sri Manish Pandey, counsel for respondent nos. 1 and 3 and Sri Anand Tiwari, counsel for respondent no.2 are present.

¶2It is stated in the petition that the petitioners have already filed their representation against the suspension order dated 20.10.2023 challenged in the present petition and, therefore, the counsel for the petitioners prays that the petition be dismissed as withdrawn.
