¶1The grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is that no first information report has been registered by the Station House Officer, Police Station Kwarsi, District Aligarh despite the petitioner having submitted the representation on 18.2.2022.

¶2The petitioner has the remedy to file an application under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and, therefore, it is not a fit case for consideration under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

¶3In the light of the aforesaid, the petition is dismissed.
