¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State respondents.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 08.07.2023 in Case Crime No. 0580 of 2023, under Sections 420, 494, 384 and 504 IPC, Police Station-Civil Lines, District-Moradabad.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that the charge-sheet no. 669 of 2023 has been filed on 24.09.2023 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
