By means of the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the applicant has sought for a suitable direction to the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Mirzapur to decide the Misc. Case No. 395 of 2019 (Vidyotma Vs. Shyam Bihari), under Section 125 Cr P C within time stipulated by this Court. It was submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the aforesaid case is pending since 20.9.2019. He further submits that a direction may be issued to the concerned Court to decide the same within specific time. No useful purpose would be served in keeping the application pending, which is finally disposed of with a direction to learned learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Mirzapur to decide Misc. Case No. 395 of 2019 (Vidyotma Vs. Shyam Bihari), under Section 125 Cr P C, expeditiously, in accordance with law, without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the party, provided there is no legal impediment.
