In para 5 of the said affidavit, it has been stated that the arrears of pension for the period of May, 2023 to October, 2023 amounting to Rs.1,96,812.00/- has been paid to the applicant through Cheque bearing No.3012603 on 02.11.2023. In view of the said fact as the order of the writ Court has been complied with and the arrears of pension has been paid to the applicant, present contempt application is rendered infructuous and the same stands dismissed.
