¶1Heard Shri Ashish Kumar Dwivedi, Advocate, holding brief of Sri Akash Tomar learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State respondent.

¶2This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 20.08.2023 registered as Case Crime No. 636 of 2020, under Sections 409, 420, 467, 471 and 120B I.P.C., Police Station-Medical College, Disrict-Meerut.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondent submitted that the F.R. No. 0191 of 2020 has been forwarded on 07.11.2020 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
