Hon'ble Piyush Agrawal,J. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. The instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., has been filed for directing to Principal Judge, Family Court, Prayagraj to decide the Criminal Case No. 428 of 2021 (Sheela Kushwaha Vs. Mukesh Kushwaha) filed under Section 125 of Cr.P.C., within a period stipulated as fixed by this Hon'ble Court. It has been stated by the learned counsel for the applicant that aforesaid case of the applicant is pending since 2017 and same may be decided within the stipulated time. The learned A.G.A. has no objection to the submission made by the counsel for the applicant. No useful purpose would be served by keeping this petition pending in view of the order, which the Court proposes to pass hereunder. Without entering into the controversy involved in the aforesaid case, the application is disposed of with direction to Principal Judge, Family Court, Prayagraj to decide the Criminal Case No. 428 of 2021 (Sheela Kushwaha Vs.
