¶1Heard Sri Saurabh Chaturvedi, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State respondents.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 05.08.2023 in Case Crime No. 172 of 2023, under Sections 376, 377, 323 and 506 IPC, Police Station-Hathgaon, District-Fatehpur.

¶3Learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the charge-sheet no. 165 of 2023 has been filed on 20.09.2023 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
