¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGA for the State.

¶2The applicant has filed this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with a prayer to direct the court below to decide the proceeding of (Execution) Case No. 82 of 2023 (Pramila Devi and another vs. Mewa Lal), under Section 128 Cr.P.C., arising out of Case No. 417 of 2014 (Parmila Devi vs. Mewa Lal), under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station Badalapur, District Jaunpur, pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Jaunpur, expeditiously within a stipulated time.

¶3Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the trial Court concerned is directed to make an endeavour to decide the pending case referred to above strictly in accordance with law within a period of four months expeditiously preferably without granting any unnecessary or unduly adjournments to the parties concerned.
