¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGA for the State.

¶2The applicant has filed this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with a prayer to direct the court below to decide the proceeding of Case No. 2471 of 2022 and Application No. 1850 of 2002, under Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C. (Jagdhari vs.Ramlautan and others) filed by opposite party no. 2 against the applicants, pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 24, Azamgarh, expeditiously within a stipulated time.

¶3Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the trial Court concerned is directed to make an endeavour to decide the pending case referred to above strictly in accordance with law within a period of eight months expeditiously preferably without granting any unnecessary or unduly adjournments to the parties concerned.
