¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Pravesh, Advocate holding brief of Sri Awadhesh Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for respondent nos.5 and 6.

¶2Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is pressing only prayer no.ii of the writ petition, which is quoted below:- "(ii) Issue a wit order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no.4/District Magistrate, Bhadohi to decide representation of petitioner dated

14.09.2023 (Annexure No.8 to the writ petition)."

¶3Upon hearing learned counsel for both the parties, the writ petition is disposed of directing the District Magistrate, Bhadohi to consider and decide the representation filed by the petitioner on

14.09.2023, as expeditiously as possible.
