¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

¶2Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that a compromise has been entered between the petitioner no.2 and respondent no.4, who were husband and wife, on 11.01.2023 and the same has been duly verified by a notary affidavit. At present, the petitioners are not inclined to press this petition. Therefore, he may kindly be permitted to withdraw the same.

¶3No objection has been made by learned counsel for the respondent no.4. However, he has stated that the petitioner no.2 is expected not to litigate the question of custody of child.
