¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State respondents.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 23.06.2023 in Case Crime No. 130 of 2023, under Sections 498A, 323, 342, 313, 506 IPC, Police Station-Sirsa Kalar, District Jalaun.

¶3Sri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that vide C.D. No.08, charge-sheet has been submitted on 13.10.2023 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
