¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and Sri Amrendra Nath Rai, learned counsel for the contesting-respondent.

¶2The present writ petition has been preferred for a mandamus directing the respondent no. 3 to issue L.O.I (letter of intent) in favour of the petitioner in pursuance of advertisement dated

20.3.2023 under "Anubandh Bus Yojana 2022".

¶3At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that cause for filing of the writ petition no more survives as the grievance of the petitioner has already been addressed by the respondent no. 3.
