¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.

¶2This application under Section 482 CrPC has been filed with the prayer to direct the Civil Judge (J.D.)/FTC Court-I/Judicial Magistrate, Chandauli to decide the Criminal CAse NO. 285 of 2008 (State vs. Vikrama and others), under Sections 427 and 504 I.P.C., P.S. Baluwa, district-Chandauli, pending in the court of Civil Judge (J.D.)/FTC Court-I/Judicial Magistrate, Chandauli, expeditiously within stipulated period.

¶3Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that in the present case, applicant is the first informant and charges against the accused persons have been framed on 04.09.2010, however since then, trial has been pending disposal and the same has not yet been concluded.

¶4In view of the above, learned court below is expected to make all endeavours to conclude the aforesaid trial as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of filing of certified copy of this order without giving any unnecessary adjournments to either parties, if there is no other legal impediment in concluding the aforesaid trial.
