¶1Short counter affidavit filed today is taken on record.

¶2This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 19.4.2014 registered as Case Crime no. 1159 of 2014, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 409 IPC, P.S. Kotwali Orai, District Jalaun. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in the aforesaid case.

¶3Learned A.G.A. has informed this Court that in the present case charge-sheet no. 21 of 2023 dated 4.11.2023 has already been submitted. Copy whereof has been annexed along with the short counter affidavit.
