Sri Satya Prakash Pandey, learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that though the writ petitioners, who are three in number, were appointed way back in the year 2007 in legally elected Committee of Management and approval was also accorded. However, approval orders are not on record. According to him, the writ petition is not properly constituted. He seeks to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file afresh with better particulars. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the same.
