¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2Petitioners have filed the instant petition in the shape of public interest litigation complaining illegal encroachment by respondent no. 4 over plot no. 774 recorded as Khalihan and by respondent no. 5 over plot no. 775 recorded as Playground in revenue record. Petitioners have prayed for removal of the said encroachment pursuant to the orders dated 01.02.2008 and 07.07.2022 passed against respondents no. 4 and 5 under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.

¶3Pursuant to the earlier orders, learned Standing counsel has received instructions, which are taken on record.

¶4On the basis of instructions received, learned Standing Counsel informs that the illegal encroachment raised by respondents no. 4 and 5 over the aforesaid plots have been removed.
