¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2On previous occasion, instructions were sought with regard to implementation of the order dated 21.11.2019 passed by respondent no. 3 under Section 24 of U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006.

¶3Sri Virendra Srivastava, learned State Law Officer came up with specific instructions that the permanent marks have been erected and petitioner has been duly possessed over the plot which has been demarcated by the revenue authorities.

¶4In view of above, hardly any cause of action survives for petitioner to pursue this petition.
