¶1Heard Sri Aman Srivastava, holding brief of Sri Shreesh Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State-opposite party.

¶2This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant with the prayer to quash the impugned order dated

23.02.2022 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Gautam Budh Nagar in Criminal Misc. Case No.233 of 2021, under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station Visarakh, District Gautam Budh Nagar as well as order dated 10.6.2022 passed by Principal Judge Family Court, Gautam Budh Nagar in Criminal Misc. Case No.139 of 2022, under Section 126(2) Cr.P.C. and further prayer to stay the further proceedings of the aforesaid case has been made.

¶3At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of this application at this stage.

¶4Learned A.G.A. has no objection to such request.
