¶1Heard Shri Jawahar Lal Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for respondent no.1 and Shri Ran Vijay Singh for respondent nos.2 and 3.

¶2The petitioner's request for correcting the name of his father in the marksheet of B.A. II Year, 2010 is being taken care of by the University as per the instructions received by Shri Ran Vijay Singh and placed before this Court.

¶3The instructions are taken on record.

¶4The instructions reveal that the petitioner's application for correction has been sent to the concerned Agency and, as soon as, the Agency furnishes the corrected marksheet to the University, the petitioner, after depositing Rs.500/- charges on the concerned counter of the University can obtain corrected marksheet on any working day.

¶5In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to approach the University alongwith a copy of this order and the University would take care of the fact that the concerned Agency expeditiously consider the petitioner's case and send the corrected mark-sheet to the University, at the earliest, before 15.01.2024.
