¶1Heard Sri Sharad Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGA for the State-respondents.

¶2The petitioner, by means of this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, has invoked the jurisdiction of this Court with prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 19.8.2023 registered as Case Crime No. 415 of 2023, under Sections 498-A, 354, 376, 323, 504, 506, 328 IPC, P.S. Sadar Bazar, District Agra and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of impugned First Information Report.

¶3After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to avail the remedy as may be available to them in accordance with law.
