¶3An order dated 20.09.2021 was passed in favour of petitioner in proceeding under Section 34/35 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, directing that the name of the petitioner be entered in the revenue records. Against the aforesaid order, a revision was filed by respondent no. 4 before the Commissioner, Kanpur Mandal Kanpur and the same was allowed by the Additional Commissioner (Administration) Kanpur Nagar by order dated

30.05.2022. The order dated 20.09.2021 was set aside and the matter was remanded to the court of Tehsildar. Against the order dated 30.05.2022, the petitioner preferred a revision and the same has been dismissed by the revisional court by order dated

¶5There is no objection on behalf of respondents, in case the prayer of the petitioner is allowed.

¶6In view of the above, respondent No. 5 is directed to decide the aforesaid proceedings in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties provided that there is no other legal impediment.
