¶1Heard Shri Vinod Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Om Prakash Gupta, learned counsel for the respondent.

¶2After arguing the matter at some length, Shri Vinod Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner prays, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to pursue the administrative authorities on sympathetic grounds as limitation to file the execution application has expired.

¶3If such application is made, the same may be considered on its own merits without being prejudice by any observation made in this order.
