¶1After making brief submissions, learned counsel for the petitioners, prays for withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to the petitioners to file separate petitions in respect of the individual cause of actions which had accrued in their favour.

¶2Sri Pranjal Mehrotra, learned counsel for the NHAI, has no objection to the same.
