¶1Heard Sri Rajesh Dwivedi, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned AGA appearing for the State respondents and perused the record.

¶2Present petition has been filed challenging the impugned FIR dated

30.9.2023, registered as Case Crime No. 0346 of 2023, under Section 3 (1) of UP Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, P.S. Shivli, District Kanpur Dehat.

¶3At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail the remedy as may be available to him in law.

¶4Prayer aforesaid is allowed.
