¶1Heard Sri Jitendra Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned AGA appearing for the State respondents and perused the record.

¶2Present petition has been filed challenging the impugned FIR dated

6.4.2023, registered as Case Crime No. 0050 of 2023 under Sections 420, 467, 468, 469, 473, 476 IPC, Section 63, 65 of Copy Right Act, 1957 and Section 103, 104 of Trade Tax Act, 1999, P.S. Kotwali, Kashi, (Commissionerate Varanasi).

¶3Admittedly, petitioner herein is not named as an accused in the first information report, therefore, present petition at his instance is not maintainable.
