¶1Heard Shri Indrajeet Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioners, Shri G.P. Singh, learned AGA for the State respondents and perused the records.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 02.10.2023 registered as Case Crime No. 0300 of 2023, under Sections 498A, 147, 323, 504, 506, 427 IPC and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Mugra Badshahpur, District Jaunpur

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents pointed out that the charge-sheet No. 308 of 2023 has already been forwarded on 31.10.2023 in the present case and as such, cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
