Notices were already issued by the court. I have perused the certified copy of the order-sheet and I find that the issues have not been framed yet. Under the circumstances of the case, no specific direction as sought for can be granted. However, it is expected that the court concerned would proceed with the suit without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, provided there is no legal impediment.
