Heard Mr. Arvind Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to direct the respondent no.2-District Magistrate, District-Ballia to decide the Case No.18 of 2023, within stipulated period and a further prayer to direct the respondent no.3 not to take any coercive action against the petitioner.
