Sri P.K.Singh, learned counsel appearing for Union of India submits that the matter is cognizable by Central Administrative Tribunal as department has stood notified under Section 14 of Central Administrative Tribunal Act, 1985. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the above legal position. In view of above, I decline to entertain this petition at this stage. Liberty rests with the petitioner to apply before the Central Administrative Tribunal, if so advised. With the aforesaid liberty, petition is consigned to records.
